I've updated the mod now two Grove Street Families gang NPCs wear the glasses and the shirt.
I've added the update video which is awaiting approval.
The actual update is also awaiting approval.

If this actually works you have all of my respect which means nothing.

Didn't work,I'm pretty sure I put the texture and the model in the wrong place,I just put 'em in "models".
Are they supposed to be in generic or is the TXD supposed to be in the folder called TXD or are they supposed to be in gta3 or gta_int etc?
